At eLibs Shop, we sell and deliver digital products only. As such, there is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery of Digital Products Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link for your purchased ebook(s). The download link will remain active for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that you download and save your purchased ebook(s) before the link expires.

Refunds and Returns As we sell digital products only, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any purchases. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description and any sample pages or previews before making your purchase.

Most of our items shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the rest of the World will take 7 - 15 business days as we select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered.
